Hello again,
I still am working on that polka dot dress. Grrr.  I didn't like the way the skirt was looking so I took all of the ruffles off so that I could add one more.  Each one has decorative stitching all along the lower edge so it wasn't just a matter of cutting a new one.  Now just have to gather them back onto the base fabric again.  Once I get those dang ruffles attached the rest should go quickly. (knock on wood). I'll try to get some done this evening when I get off work if I'm not too tired.  Soon as I do I will post a photo and get it into my store.
