It's Wednesday the 4th of July and I have a new dress all cut out and ready to go.  It's red polka dots and it's going to be so cute soon as I can figure out the bodice.  I scooped out the neck and am adding organdy, I want it to gather up into a little standing collar that I can cover with red ribbon.  Just have to figure out how that works.  The skirt is five ruffles with embroidered scallops along the edge that will be gathered onto a solid red fabric.  I'm going to make a big sun hat to match.
